Aaron M. Edwards, Sr.

Aaron Marcel Edwards was born on May 18, 1981, to Donna Morgan and Donald Edwards.

He was a fun-loving man who loved children; his, yours, mine, or a strangers. It didn’t matter. If there was a kid around rest assured, Marcel was right there, making sure they were taken care of, or at least entertained. In fact, he was that way with everyone.

Marcel loved scary movies, comedy and spending time with his family and friends. He would give you the shirt off his back and was always there for anyone who needed him.

On August 27, 2005, Marcel married Triseana Edwards, and from that union two children were born. Both brought children making their blended family complete.

He was a very enthusiastic entrepreneur, whom of the last 20 years had his in many business ventures with his wife. Businesses such as the Goody Grill, Five Star Carpet Cleaning, My Way Lounge, and The Sharper Image, just to name a few.

Aaron absolutely loved life and family. He was loved by many. To know him was, to love him. With his diagnosis in 2023, he continued to fight until the end of his journey.

Aaron is preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruby Walker; son Darion Jackson; and two sisters, Tawana Morgan and Cherri Parker.

Aaron leaves to cherish his memories mother, Donna Morgan; father, Donald Edwards; his wife, Triseana Edwards; seven children; Keshawn Shurn, Tawana Edwards, Daikari Edwards, Aaron Edwards Jr., Daivon Johnson, Daija Johnson, Maliyah Edwards, all of Kansas City, Missouri; two brothers, Demetrius Parker and Donnell Edwards, and a host of other relatives and friends.
