Mr. Alfred Lee Robinson, 82, was born December 4th, 1946 in Mangham, Louisiana to Mrs. Ella Lee Marion and Mr. Wade Robinson. He received his education in Parish, Louisiana and upon graduating he moved to Chicago, Illinois where he worked various jobs. A few years later he moved to Kansas City, Missouri where the workforce led him to Associated Wholesale Grocers, delivering groceries where he became the greatest 18 wheeler truck driver there was.
Along the way he met a young lady, Margaret Robinson and then came five children.
Alfred confessed his belief in Christ at an early age. He became a faithful member of Memorial Missionary Baptist Church where he served in various ministries throughout the years. He was better known as the dancing Husker. He departed this life on February 4th, 2023 surrounded by family.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Margaret Robinson, children, Sharon Stephens (Reggie), Tracey Garlington (Cartez), Jacqueline Robinson, Rhonda Moss (Anthony) and Alfred Robinson II.
His siblings, Doris Jean Mitchell, Florence Smith (Jesse), Rosey May Marion, Ledora Marion-Woods (Orlando), Sarah Marion-Franklin (Isaac), Deborah Ann Thompson (Robert) and Tyler Marion in addition to 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and special friends.
