Allen Romain Todd

Allen Romain Todd was born June 14, 1943, to the union of Mr. Ortelle (Pete) Todd, Sr. and Mrs. Magnolia Jones in Kansas City, Kansas.

Allen was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri school district, where he was a lifelong resident. Allen worked at Deffenbaugh Waste Management until his unfortunate accident.

Allen loved sports, football, and boxing. Allen spent his time jogging and boxing. Allen was also a Golden Gloves Champion. He made friends and earned the respect of so many of his peers. He loved talking on the phone with his best friends of over 50 years, Rev. Pete Mallory, and Earl Howard. Allen loved sitting on the porch socializing with the neighbors or just spending hours talking with his children or any family member, whether good or bad! Allen had a great sense of humor.

He is preceded in death by his father Ortelle Todd, his mother, Magnolia Jones, five sisters, Marcela Baldwin, Vernice Wilson, Joyce Campbell, Marilyn Jones, Rwanda Todd-Berry, and three brothers, Jerry Campbell, Broderick Todd Newton, and Glen Todd Newton and one son, Duke Forbush

He leaves to mourn in his passing his seven brothers, Dwayne (Marsha) Jones, Darryl Jones, Willie Newton Todd, Kevin Todd, Nathaniel Stevens all of Kansas City, Mo, Mike Todd, Melvin Todd both of Kansas City, Kansas and Othelle Todd, Jr., of St. Joe, Missouri, two sisters, Sheila Todd Jones of Kansas City, Kansas and Yolanda Newton­ McTye of Kansas City, Missouri, Children, Trent Brown, Allen Todd, Jr., (Two-shoe) Steven Todd, (Ste-bo) Jerry Todd (Frog), Derrick Todd (Bird), Maurice Hardin (Yogi), Tony Evans, three daughters, Lillian Brown (Dimples), Antonia Brown (Fat Momma), Angela Wilson (Angie Baby), three amazing women, Pat Brown, Linda Todd and Genevieve Wilson (footie), and former spouse Beverly Todd, 24 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
