Andre Dion Jordan was born April 23,1993 to Rocshelle L. Williams and Alfred B. Jordan. He accepted Christ at a very young age. He lived a life filled with purpose, passion and service. He was a gifted musician, singer, and writer whose creativity flowed effortlessly through everything he did.

Andre mastered several instruments including the bass guitar, drums, and piano using his musical talents to inspire and uplift those around him. Andre showed a talent and affinity for music very early on in his life and his mom began to teach him to play the drums at age 3. Andre continued to play the drums and pursue his passion for music throughout his life (including beating on the table making beats and singing throughout the house). He sang and played the drums at church and was a part of the Gospel Unifics where he played the drums at various churches and events. Andre was also a member of a band called DeMaur and the Movement. He eventually turned beating on the table into making, producing and engineering music under the moniker Surgeon Dre (adding his signature tag, “Dre Made this Slap” to his music). From a young age Andre showed a particular interest in books related to spiritual matters and spent a lot of time reading and studying his favorite book, the Bible, and telling others about his faith in the Father.

Athletics played a significant role in his life. Andre was a standout football and basketball star, known for his dedication, teamwork, and competitive spirit. These qualities carried into every chapter of his life, especially his strong work ethic.

Andre attended O’Hara High School and later graduated from Raytown High School in 2011. He continued his education at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph MO. He completed trade school earning certifications in HVAC and plumbing. Andre took great pride in his career and truly loved working at KB Complete Plumbing. He was no stranger to hard work and was always willing to lend his skills to help others.

An entrepreneur at heart, Andre owned and operated his own lawn care service, serving his community with reliability and excellence. He was deeply committed to giving back. As a member of the T.F.W.C Foundation with care Men’s group, Andre dedicated himself to feeding the homeless and supporting numerous non-profit organizations throughout the community.

Andre was known as someone you could always depend on, just one call away. He gave selflessly to his family and friends, supporting them in all their endeavors with love and encouragement.

Above all else, Andre cherished his family. He loved spending time with them and truly adored his children, who were the pride and joy of his life. His legacy lives on through the lives that he touched the kindness that he showed and the love he shared so freely. Andre will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
