Andre Roberson

Andre L Roberson “DRE” age 51 departed this life on Monday June 14, 2021. He was born to Regina Roberson on April 23, 1970, in Kansas City, Missouri. Andre was preceded in his heavenly transition by his paternal grandparents: Shelby Roberson, Lucille Isaac; grandmother: Martha Singleton; aunt, Carol Lloyd; cousin: Artesha Singleton; and his best friend: Brian Hill.

Andre attended school in the Kansas City school district. While in school, he met the love of his life, “Pooh”. On August 10,1996 they were joined in marriage and to this union seven children were born.

Andre truly lived life to the fullest, traveling and spending time with his army, as he would say he was the lieutenant, and they were his soldiers. His ultimate goal in life was to make sure that Pooh and the kids were okay. Before his transition to his heavenly home, he was employed by NOVA Center where he loved the guys, he took care of on a daily basis.

Everyone would say he was the life of the party, to know him was to love him.

Andre’s memories will be cherished by his wife: Julia; mother: Regina Roberson (Larnell); bruh-in-law: Eric Cruse (Suncia); mother-in-law; Donna Johnson (Robert); grandfather: Archie Singleton Sr.; children: Jaleshia (Isaiah), Andrea (Jeremy), Erica (Brett), Deandre’, Shanta (Dajuan), Amanda (Pierre), Jameeha (Jordan); nine grandsons, three granddaughters, nieces, special cousins, relatives and friends.
