Annie B. Luster

Annie "Bea" Luster passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 77. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Jewell and Edward Luster Sr. on March 28,1945. Annie attended and graduated from Manuel High School. She was a wonderful mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother who was always there when we needed her. She had the biggest heart and the most giving spirit without limitations. She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community. Annie was blessed with a large and loving family. She loved to spend time with them, also traveling, and going to the boat. She loved spending time in the kitchen baking cakes and pies for the holidays. In her spare time she ran a candy store for the neighborhood kids. She worked most of her adult life at Veterans Medical Center until early retirement at the age of 55 and even after retirement she worked several jobs to stay busy. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jewel Luster; father, Edward Luster, Sr.; three brothers, Robert Luster (Florence), Jackie Luster, and Edward Luster Jr. (Della Mae); and her son, Charles White.

Annie is survived by two sisters, Alice McGinnis (Sam), and Wanda Jean Luster; one brother, David Luster; two daughters, Robin and Nellie "Sugar" White; 5 grandchildren, Makiya, Mareion, CJ, Richie, and Raquel; 1 great-granddaughter, Journei; a special friend, Antwon Cheadle; and a host of nieces, and nephews. Annie "Bea" Luster will be sadly missed and forever loved by all.
