Annie Witt, 100, passed away on July 16, 2019 at home, in Kansas City MO. She was born August 4, 1918 in Fitzhugh, Arkansas to Henery Armstrong and Emma Neal. She grew up in Augusta Arkansas. She graduated from Augusta High School. She began work for Childcare Operation Breakthrough as a Foster Grandmother for 20 years. She was involved in Eastern Star. She married Jessie Nevels on June of 1933 in Augusta, Arkansas, they were happily married for years.
She was preceded into death by her parents, husband, three sisters, six brothers, six sons, Robert Lee, Howard, George, Melvin, Devin and Charlie.
She is survived by three daughters, Nora Ware, Jessie Willie, Mary Ann all of Kansas City, MO.
To that union 3 Children were born Nora, Jessie, Robert. She later married Carl Tyson to that union one child was born, Howard Tyson. She later moved to Helena, Arkansas where she met and married Emerson Witt. To that union five children were born, George, Melvin, Devin, Charlie, and Mary Ann. 114 grand, great grand, great great grandchildren.
