Anthony Joseph Mathis, 52, passed away on March 27, 2024 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on October 11, 1971 in Kansas City, MO.

Anthony Joseph Mathis, Sr. and Janet Walker Mathis. He grew up in Kansas City. He graduated from Ruskin High School in Kansas City, MO (Hickman Mills). After high school he attended University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in Pine Bluff Arkansas where had an amazing time with his best friend, Kelvin Clayton.

He began work for a major automotive manufacturer where he worked for 27 years.

He was preceded into death by his father Anthony Mathis Sr. and mother Janet Mathis.

He is survived by his sisters Sonya Mathis (Anthony Burtley) and Kendra Mathis. His niece Morgan Clayton. His partner in life, Yolanda Smith. His three daughters, Camille Jordan (Allison Hayes), Tangela Mathis, and Savannah Anderson and a host of other relatives and friends.
