Anthony M.W. Spriggs

Anthony M.W. Spriggs, 33, passed away on November 9, 2019 at Truman Medical Center, in Kansas City, MO. He was born on August 25, 1986 in Kansas City, MO to Anthony Quinton Spriggs and Rose Marie Haggins. He grew up in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Westport High School. After high school he attended The Cutting-Edge Barber School in Kansas City, Kansas where he received a Diploma as a barber. He began work at Perfect Touch Home Improvement and Window World, he also worked at other jobs as well. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Pleasant Green Baptist Church under the Leadership of Rev. David L. Gray. He was preceded into death by his father; Anthony Spriggs, paternal grandfather, Michael Spriggs, maternal grandparents, Edward Morgan and Johnnie V. Brager and uncle, Roger Brager. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Rose Haggins; stepfather, Leonard Haggins Sr.; grandmother, Lure Dean Spriggs; brothers: Mondelle Taylor (Deonna), Brian Dyer (Nichole), Chris Spriggs (Kyela), Martez Haggins (Amari), Leonard Haggins, Jr. all of KCMO, Gabriel Bingham from Atlanta; one sister, Ga’Mesha Haggins(Kord); four uncles: Marlon Spriggs, James Brager, Roy Brager and Charles Brager; six aunts: Tawanda Spriggs, Dedra Spriggs, Rachelle White (Ronnie), Tyra Spriggs, Bonnie Clay (Eddie), Darlene Sanders (Ronnie) all of KCMO; four nephews: Kyrie, Lenyx, Lunden, and William; 14 nieces: Paris, Chloe, Justice, Krishae, Nevaeh, Shaniyah, Kalani, Mariah, Ariel, Amiyah, Le’Moni, Londyn, Laila, and Leila all of KCMO; and a host of family and friends.
