Ashley Pettiford

Ashley Charon Pettiford was born on Sept 03, 1990 in Kansas City, MO. From an early age she showed a love so big and pure it’s still felt today.

Ashley graduated high school in 2008 from Accelerated School of Overland Park. She attended Penn Valley Community College for a short time before turning her passion for cosmetology into a full-time career when she graduated from House of Heavilin Beauty College.

Ashley worked full-time at Gregory Ridge Living Center in Kansas City, MO in addition to being a full-time cosmetologist. Next to her hugs and laugh, the creativity Ashley showed as stylist is unmatched. Ashely accepted Christ at an early age.

Ashley’s most notable role in life was being a mother. The love, affection, and unwavering compassion she had for her son, Prince is evident in the strength and charisma that makes him such an amazing young Man!

Ashley loved skating, rotel, and baking. Any room she walked into she lit up with an energy all her own – to know her was to undoubtedly love her, so it goes without saying, ASHLEY YOU’LL BE MISSED!

Ashley gained her wings and went onto join her Grandmother Frances McCain, Grandmother Barbara Jones, Grandfather George Pettiford Sr., Uncle George Jr., Burt, and Eugene Pettiford.

Ashley is survived by her parents, Carolyn & Nolan Sanders, her father Terry Jones, Brothers, Antwan, Nolan Jr, Tylan, Ryan, and Sisters, Ashley, Alicia, Jasmine, Toya, Kayla, & Sabra, many Aunties & Uncles, a host of Nieces & Nephew, and heap of Cousins!
