Barbara Booker-Sargent

Barbara Booker-Sargent, 72, departed this life on April 17, 2025, at her home in Raytown Missouri.

She was born on October 13, 1952, in Cotton Plant, Arkansas to Frank Pulce and Jimmie Lee Pulce.

Barbara graduated from Sweet Homes High School in Little Rock, Arkansas.  After high school, she attended University of Texas in Austin, Texas.

She married Willie Sargent.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Jimmie Lee Pulce, her son, Carlos David Van Booker, husband, Willie Sargent, brothers, Frank Pulce, Jr. and Oliver Pulce, and her sisters, Juanita Samuels, Earleen Jackson, Jearlean Hurt, and Willie May Pulce.

She leaves to cherish her memories her sister, Bridget Goodlow, brothers, Maurice Pulce and Larry Pulce, grandchildren, Emmanuel Bowman, Carreon Harrel, Immonie Booker, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
