Bennie LeRoy Roseburr Sr. 70, departed his earthly home peacefully on Sunday, March 3, 2024, with is his wife Micole Louis Roseburr by his side.
He was born on January 3, 1954, in Boley, Oklahoma to Johnnie and Violet Roseburr Sr. He grew on a farm in the community of Chilesville, Oklahoma, where he loved riding horses, roping cows and running hogs.
He graduated from Chilesville Elementary and Boley High School where he was a star Basketball and Baseball player.
He attended Okmulgee Technical School where he received his Assoicate Degree in Electrical Engineering and also attended Langston University.
Bennie moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where he spent the rest of his life. He was employed at General Motors and Ford Motor Company, where he retired after working over 43 years.
He loved Music, Western Movies and his Football, the Oakland Raiders, now the Las Vegas Raiders. He was an excellent storyteller. He was passionate about cars, trucks, and motorcycles. He was a member of the United Brotherhood Motorcycle Club for over 30 years.
Bennie Loved, Love, He spent some of the best years of his life with his wife Micole Louis Roseburr, who was by his side, and took care of him until the very end.
Bennie accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in his later years. He would say "It is what it is" and "It's all Good."
Bennie was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Violet Roseburr Sr., Four siblings, Mildred Ross, Milton Roseburr Sr., Clara Roseburr, and Johnetta Lowe.
He leaves to cherish his love and memories, his Wife Micole Louis Roseburr, his daughter Kira Vahn, four sons: Bennie Roseburr Jr., Brandon Willis, Je-Rel Roseburr, and Je-Ray Roseburr, one stepdaughter Mariah A. R. Reliford. Four sisters: Gwendolyn Pleasant, Vera Roseburr, Charleszetta Drake, and Deborah Roseburr, Three brothers: Johnnie (Debra) Roseburr Jr., Charles (Selena) Roseburr Sr., and Alpha (Roxann) Roseburr Sr., 14 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He will be dearly missed by everyone.
