Calvin Paul Chapman

Mr. Calvin Paul Chapman, 80, passed away on November 8, 2022, at his home in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on November 17, 1941, in St. Louis Missouri to Oscar Chapman jr. and Annie Mae Perkins. He grew up in St. Louis Missouri. He graduated from Sumner High School in St. Louis Missouri.

He began work for Dillard’s as an Electrician where he worked for 50 plus years. He retired in 2018.

Calvin is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters: Arnold, Adel, Frankie, Johnny, Claudie, Barbara, Mary, Elanor, and Francis

He is survived by: Faye Peterson (Chapman);  three daughters: Angela, Allison, and Karen; sisters: Wanda, and Claudine; grandchildren: Maurice, Tierra, Victoria, and Derek; great-grandchildren Layla, Justice, Anthony, and Easton, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
