On December 8, 1960, Carol Jean Harris was born in Kansas City, Kansas to John C. Harris and Bernice Parker. She is preceded in death by her father, John C. Harris, mother, Bernice Harris and sister, Theresa Ann Davis.
Carol Jean graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1978. She received her certification in graphic arts and printing and worked in the printing field for a few years. Years later, she was employed by Dillard’s Department Store for 29 years. Carol Jean enjoyed roller skating. She and her favorite skating partner, Patrick Parker (Cousin) participated in skating contest and won several trophies. She enjoyed music and attended many concerts. Prince being her favorite artist. Carol Jean loved her, family and had a special love for her great nieces and nephews. While in here presence they brought joy and laughter.
She leaves to cherish her memories sister; Jacquelyn R. Saunders, niece; Jasamyne Saunders, great nephews: Michael Davis Jr, Jaylen Saunders, Jeremiah Saunders, AntJuan Saunders Jr., great nieces; Amiaya Saunders, Avian Saunders, and Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
She cherished the wonderful childhood memories she shared with her cousins.
