Carolyn J Warfield

Carolyn J Warfield was born to Egbert and Esther Mayfield on July 29, 1948 in Ogden, UT. She was proceeded in death by both parents, Husband Johnnie Warfield and brother Stephen Mayfield.

Carolyn moved to Kansas City MO at the early age of 5 and attended school in the KCMO school district. After graduating from Lincoln high school she attended Baptist Hospital KCMO Bd. Ed. Program of Practical Nursing.  She graduated as a LPN. She was employed with the Osteopathic hospital. She later went on to work for Park Lane Medical Center until they closed. She retired from Bio life Plasma.

Carolyn was a faithful member at the Bethlehem Baptist Church where she was baptized by her grandfather Rev. Egbert Mayfield Sr. She later became a faithful member of Springhill Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Dennis Honeycutt. She held many roles in the Church.

Carolyn was married to the love of her life Johnnie R Warfield on March 23, 1976. To this union 2 sons were born, LaMonte Warfield and Richard Warfield.

Carolyn enjoyed traveling with her family, playing games ,hosting parties and reading.

Carolyn leaves to celebrate her life LaMonte Warfield(Vicki), Richard Warfield(Tamika) and very special niece Tanya Sherman(Jeff). Sisters Sandra Allen and Bertina Hill. Sister in laws Laura, Paula, Gerry. Brother in law Michael. Grand Children, Robert, Victor, LG, Niresha, TaiJhona and TJuan. A host of great grand children and her 2 special girls Lillian and Tailynn. God Son Jeffery, Nieces, Andrea[David), Letecia, LaTina(Anthony), Nephew John(Carolyn) and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Great Nieces, Great Nephews (special nephews Tajhmahr and Malachi), a host of Great-Great Nieces, Great-Great Nephews , Family and Friends.
