Charles Jones

Deacon Charles Harvey Jones, 55, was born on September 12, 1961 in Pine Bluff, AR to Harvey and Lucille Jones. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, both maternal and paternal grandparents, two brothers, and two sisters. Charles was raised in Liberal, KS until around age 12 in which he resided in Kansas City, KS. He was baptized at Midway Baptist Church at age 41 at which time he received his certification into The Gospel Ministry. Charles made a professional career move in the field of aviation as well as with a secondary career in the automotive industry. Charles was very active and supportive in the lives of his children and grandchildren. He was very proud of his status of being a father and grandfather. Charles was who you wanted to call if you needed a good laugh or just wanted to smile. For one minute you might want to believe you were the life of the party, but the joke's on you as Charles was a self-proclaimed comedian. Charles passed on September 12, 2016.
