Charles R. Sanders, 43, passed away on August 11, 2022, at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, Mo. He was born on June 19, 1979, in Kansas City, Mo. to Charles Sanders and Marsha Watts. He grew up in Kansas City, Mo. After high school he attended State Fair Community College in Sedalia, Mo. He worked for WHC Carey Limousine as a dispatcher for 7 years.
Charles accepted Christ at an early age. He later joined New Bethel AME Church, recently transferring membership to First AME Church of Kansas City, KS.
He loved to play Fortnite and absolutely loved and was a true fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
He married Kedra Moniece Walzer on September 28, 2019, in Kansas City, Kansas.
They were happily married. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Charles Sanders, and Pauline Townsend; maternal grandparents, Claimon Watts Sr. and Dorothy Watts; and father, Charles Sanders.
He is survived by his wife, Kedra Walzer-Sanders; children, Jada, Alyssa, Charles (a.k.a Chucky), Charleigh, Rafiel and Briah; mother, Marsha Watts; brother, Rickey Sanders; mother-in-law, Karen Walzer; father-in-law, Rev. Edward Walzer Jr. (Merry-Ann); and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
