Charlotte D Jones

Charlotte Denise Jones, of Kansas City, MO, was born July 27, 1966 in Blytheville, Arkansas from the union of Robert Lee and Johnnie Mae Jones. Growing up, Charlotte was known for her bubbly personality, and wicked sense of humor, and was always surrounded by an abundance of family and friends. Charlotte graduated from Van Horn High School in Independence, MO and from there attended both Cosmetology School obtaining her license, and Kansas City Metropolitan Community College where she was licensed as a Registered Nurse. Charlotte had many gifts, her sense of fashion being one, but her ability to show love and kindness was unmatched. Charlotte’s sons and grandsons were the apple of her eye, and spending time with them was her favorite thing to do.

Charlotte departed this life on Wednesday, February 28th, 2018, at Truman Medical Center. She was preceded in death by both parents.

Charlotte leaves to cherish her memory her beloved family, sisters Lois D. Jones, Gloria Glenn (Albert), and Leann Jones, brothers John Faceson, Robert Lee Jones III, and Tommie Lee Jones, sons Gary D. Hill, Brandon R. Walker and Byron R. Walker, grandsons Jordan Walker and Malachi Walker, sister-friend Tonya Standback, devoted friends Michelle Smith, Tina Haynes, Jaysa Camado, Mark Smith, and Hubert Lambert, as well as a host of extended family, friends, and associates.

Charlotte will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
