Cladus U. Nunn

Cladus U. Nunn, 88, passed away on March 3, 2024, at Carnegie Village Rehabilitation and Health Care in Belton, Missouri. He was born in Holly Grove, Arkansas to Berry Nunn and Helen Phillips. He grew up in Holly Grove, Arkansas. He graduated from Holly Grove Vocational High School in Holly Grove, Arkansas. After High School he attended A&M University. He joined the Army in 1955 and served for 3 years. He began working of the United States Postal Service as a Clerk where he worked for 30 years.

He married his childhood sweetheart Clementine McCullough on October 10, 1959, in Kansas City, Missouri. They were happily married for 63 years.

He loved traveling with his family/grandchildren, going to the casino, and was a BIG Chiefs fan.

He was preceded in death by: Berry Nunn (father), Helen Phillips (mother), Terry (brother), Jerry (brother), Robert C (brother), Anne Ruth (sister), and Lillian (sister).

He is survived by Clementine (wife), Gail “Renee” (daughter), Donald (son)(Gina), Gale (brother), Dorothy (sister)(Earl). Grandchildren: Lonnie, Quentin, Camillie, Dominic (Karlecka), Donnell, Denisha, Dannelle, Donald Jr. “Bud” (Juquita), 16 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
