Clydia A. Andrews

Clydia Andrews, 96, passed away on July 22, 2023, at Timberlake Care Center in Kansas City, MO. She was born on August 31, 1926, in Snyder, OK to Tony Lawson II and Cora Lawson. She grew up in Lawton, OK.  Clydia graduated from Moton High School in Taft, OK.  Throughout her lifetime, Clydia worked in various capacities such as, a childcare giver, an election judge, and at various dry cleaners, until she was no longer able to work.

Clydia was involved in various church activities including missions and the Mother Board.  Clydia was preceded in death by her parents, Tony, and Cora Lawson; sisters, Johnnie Mae, Geneva, Martha Mae, and Charlene; brothers, Tony, Cleo, and Charles; and grandson, Troy Williams.

Left to cherish a lifetime of memories are her children, JoAnne Freeman, Wendy Lacy, Rodney Andrews, Sr., Iletha Byers (Kenneth Sr.); 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
