Constance Norman

Constance M. Norman, departed this life on December 1, 2020 at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on August 8, 1960 to Perry L.V. Norman and Leona Thompson (Davis).

She grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and attended Manual VOE Tech.   After high school she attended Penn Valley Community College where she received a Bachelors degree in Business.

She began working for Kemper Financial as a Payroll Clerk where she worked for five years.  She was involved in many activities.

Constance was committed to DeWayne Horn in April 1996 in Kansas City, Missouri and were happily in love for 26 years.

She is preceded into death her parents, Perry L.V. Norman and Leona Thompson (Davis); her sons, Larry L.V. Thibeaux-Norman and DeWayne Horn; her granddaughter, LaQuella Woods; her brothers, Richard Davis, Thomas Thompson, Slyvester Thompson, and Russell Thompson

She leaves to Cherish her memories her daughters, LaKingya Taylor-Norman (Tyrone Jackson), Shilow Horn-Norman, Raye Pratt, Antoinette Ford and Kissy White; her sons, DeVon Horn-Chase (howard, Chase, Jr; RaShaudd Parker, a host of other children she loved as her own; her brothers, Larry Thompson, Ronald Thompson, Michael Thompson, and Ryan Willis; and her special friends, Michelle Smith, Diedra Smith, Tonya Dyer, Monica Dyer, Patricia Harris Alfreda Taylor and Family.
