Evangelist Cornelia Renee’ Frazier was born on August 25, 1955, in Detroit Michigan to Dorothy L. Darden and DeLouis Barnes. She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy L. Hudson (William Hudson-Stepfather), DeLouis Barnes (Father), Mary A. Beard (John W. Beard) (Grandparents), and Orlando Hudson Sr. (Brother).

She grew up in Kansas City, MO, where she attended Lincoln High School. After High School Cornelia graduated from The Kansas City Medical and Dental school where she received her certificate in Medical Assisting. She changed careers and went into the education field as a Montessori Teacher. After having experience in the childcare field, Cornelia started her Childcare Business. She opened “Luv-A-Lot”, an in-home daycare. She later went back to working for various centers.

Cornelia accepted Christ at an early age. She was a singer with Virginia Smith & Company. At the age of 25 she joined her mother and sisters in their family gospel group, “The Hudson Aires”. She later formed her Women’s Ministry, “Unique Women of God”. Cornelia used her gifts and talents to spread the word of God through song and ministry.

She is survived by her three daughters: Lisa Darden of Grandview, MO, Etoi Lombard (Bryan Lombard) of KC, Knikkia Townsend (Cedric Townsend Sr.) of Raytown, MO. Grandchildren: KeJuan Darden Sr. of Grandview, MO, and Cedric Townsend Jr. of Raytown, MO. 3 great grandchildren. Siblings: Marvin Darden of CA, Pastor DeJuanda Wright of KC, Sharon Campbell (Johnny Campbell Sr.-Brother-in-law deceased) of Independence MO, Anthony Hudson (Denita Hudson) of KC, Glover Hudson of KC, Mary Bronson ( Shayne Bronson Sr.- Brother-in-law deceased) of KC, Carolyn Barnes-Miles of MI, Yolanda Campbell of IL, Gregory Barnes of GA, Derrick Barnes of GA, Lisa Burbank of LA, Denise Barnes of MI, Renethia Davis of MI, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
