Daniel Jerome Lamb Sr., age 50, was the first, by 11 minutes, of twin boys born to Karen Vanessa Lamb Greene on September 23, 1975. He was a lifelong native of Kansas City, Missouri.
Daniel received his education in the Kansas City, Missouri Public School District. He worked at the University of Kansas Medical Center four years until he made a career change to work at Brancato’s Catering. He was a big Kansas City Chiefs football fan. This put him in a rivalry with his twin, who is a big Las Vegas Raiders football fan. Daniel enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music and fishing. He loved to fish and passed that on to his children.
Daniel lived his life just as he wanted. His journey here on earth ended on September 4, 2026. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sylilia L. Lamb Anderson, grandfather Quintly Lamb Sr., uncles, Quintly Lamb Jr., and James Lamb; aunt, Deborah R. Lamb-Taylor; and cousins, Tyrese Cunningham and Drummond V. Lamb.
Left to cherish Daniel's memory: mother, Karen Vanessa Lamb Greene; twin brother; Dennis A. Lamb; sister, Elizabeth Greene Gant; sons: Daniel J. Lamb, Jr., Keon Lamb, Marquis Bever and Javion Lamb; daughters: Kiara Lamb, Deja Lamb, Danaiya Lamb and Mila Moore; grandchildren: Desiree’ Aumua and Desiah Aumua; aunts, Toya D.
