Delisa Miles

Delisa Jo Miles, passed away on June 7, 2018 at her home in Grandview, Missouri. She was born on August 19, 1970 in Kansas City, Missouri to Dudley Miles and Catha Lean Jones. She grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from RJ Delano High School.

Delisa was a Christian woman. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Rev. Lee Freeman, Sr. She loved to attend bible study and loved taking notes. She also really loved to sing. She had a beautiful smile and she loved the Lord. She was quiet, but when she was serious, you knew to leave her alone. She enjoyed playing dominoes and listening to gospel music.

She was preceded into death by her mother; Catha Lean Honeycutt.

She is survived by her father; Dudley Miles, step father; Rev. Dennis R. Honeycutt, her sisters; Gwendolyn Jackson (John), Charlotte Miles, and her brother; Cedric Miles (Rhonda).
