Demetric A. Cooper 53 (aka. Mr. D.), was born on January 28, 1972, in Kansas City, Missouri to Benjamin Cooper III and Penny Cooper.

He graduated from Delano School in Kansas City, MO.

After high school he attended Penn Valley Community College for many years. He was involved in KC Power Sport for several years. and bowled with the KC Power Bowling League until the time of his death.

Demetric was proceeded into by death by his father, Benjamin Cooper III, his paternal grandparents, Benjamin Cooper Jr., & Pherelene Cooper, and maternal grandparents, Benjamin & Minnie Mae Phillips, and his nephew Domineak Bynum.

He is survived by his mother, Penny Cooper; his brother, James Cooper (Sabrina); and his sisters: Terrassa Cooper (Ronnie), Tiffany Cooper, Patricia Koonce, and Tonya Carlock. He also leaves behind his god-sister, Angela Myers. His nephews James D. Cooper, Terrall Cooper, Darren Hamilton Jr, Hosea Bausby Jr., Da Vaile Durham, Renald Shelton, Maurice Thomas III; his great-nieces: Mercedes Cooper, Tiara Strickeland, Dakeshis Bynum, Derica Bynum, Raven Shelton, great nephews: Dumiren Hamilton, James B. Cooper, Gabriel Durham, Maurice Thomas IV, great nieces: Zail’lynn Bausby, Dior Cooper, Kali Bynum, Shanelle Boles, Stori and Skyee Shippy, and a best friend for over 47 years, Schrea Ross. A special cousin, Roger Winters (rather he was holding his pants or dropping food off, or whatever Dee wanted), and a host of family and friends.
