Devonna L. Allen

Devonna Lynette White Allen, born November 6, 1964 to the union of James and Joyce White. Devonna attended Meservey Elementary and graduated from Paseo High School with a 4.0 GPA.  She was listed in the Who’s Who Among Americas High School Students publication.  Devonna’s GPA provided her with several scholarships to include a full ride scholarship to Missouri University ( Mizzou) which she attended.  She was briefly married in the year 1988. Devonna had a wonderful heart and was crafty beyond belief. She loved fashion, family, and all things shiny. She was a pet lover and was dependable to all that knew her. She was employed for more than a decade at KC water department.

She was preceded in death by her mother-Joyce White, sister-Crystal White, and nephew-Jeffrey White. She leaves her devoted father-James White, two brothers-Kennen White, and Sterling White sr. of Kansas City Missouri, along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and a host of family members and friends.
