Dewayne A Davis

DeWayne Davis, 60, passed away on May 13, 2019 at Swope Ridge Nursing in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on July 26, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri to Godfrey Davis, Sr., and Nellie Ree Davis. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Southeast High School in Kansas City, Missouri.

He worked for the Goodwill as a custodian where he worked for 10 years.

He was preceded into death by his father; Godfrey Davis, Sr., mother; Nellie Ree Davis, brothers; Robert Davis, Thurman Davis, sisters; Janice (Nut) Warren, Rosie “Bay Bay” Davis Curns, Nellie Ree Davis Abernathy, special nieces; Carla Poke, Sandra Thompson, and nephew; Terry “Boo Boo” Riley.

DeWayne Leaves to cherish his memories his brothers; Godfrey Davis, Jr. (Louise), Tyrone Davis (Linda), Johnnie Davis, three sisters; Catherine (Mack) Brown, Betty Wright, Joyce McCombs (John), Mary Wright (Steve), and a host of other relatives and friends.
