Dwight Anthony Lee, Sr.

Dwight A. Lee Sr,64, passed away on January 25, 2020 at his home in Kansas City, MO. He was born August 3, 1955 in Kansas City, MO to Robert E. Lee Sr. and, Evelyn A. Lee. He graduated from Southeast High School in Kansas City. Dwight joined the Army in September 30, 1972 and served until October 28, 1975; he received the rank of Spec 4. After service he began work as a Chef for many years. Dwight was involved in Central Christian Church, where he served as the New Membership Leader. He Married Bonita K. Taylor on December 6,1974 in Kansas City. They were happily married for 9 1/2 years. He was preceded into death by his father; Robert E. Lee Sr., siblings; Robert E. Lee Jr., nephew; Christopher S. Buckles.

Dwight A. Lee Sr. is survived by, mother Evelyn A. Lee, children; sons, Eric Lee, (Veronica), Dwight Lee Jr., daughter, Dwanda A. Lee-Smith, siblings; Donna Neal (Elver), Jannise Wells, grandchildren; Devan Lee, Valdore Crowder Jr, Rensheal Smith (Nate), Erica Lee (Devan), Lorenzo Smith Jr, Antoinette Lee, Karen Smith, Elyse Lee, Brice Lee, Tyler Lee, Eason Lee, great grandchildren; Devin Woods Jr., Elijah Woods. He also leaves to cherish his four nephews whom he loved dearly and host of other great nieces, and nephews and other relatives and friends.
