Elease Freeman-Denton, departed her life on Thursday December 31st, 2020. Elease was born to Willie & Maude Dunson on June 6th, 1936, in Franklin, GA. Elease was preceded in death by both parents Willie and Maude Dunson; brothers, Bennie Dunson, Love Joy Dunson, Joe Dunson; sisters, Princie Lee Daniel, Emma Lewis, Myrtle Turley; daughters Brenda Kirk and Shelia Sorrells; former husbands, Render Freeman and Perry Denton Jr.

Elease was employed at Baptist Medical Center until her retirement. She also was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church and served on the usher board until her illness.

Elease had a passion for life; she enjoyed seeing her siblings each year for the family reunions; spending time with family and cooking for them after church on Sundays. She enjoyed her candy store she had open for the neighborhood kids until her health declined. She was always willing to help anyway she could. She made an impact on everyone she came in contact with. She will deeply be missed.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Richard Freeman and Doyle Freeman; daughters, Teresa Miller, Linda (Tyrone) Robins; three granddaughters; five great grandsons; three great granddaughters; five great-great grandsons; six great-great granddaughters; four sisters, Camilla Parham of Dayton OH, Mildred (Elbert) Tillerson of Inman SC, Amy Daniels of Dayton OH and Ora Lee Wyatt of College Park GA; one brother Harry (Norvis) Dunson of Carrolton GA; one brother-in-law Rev. Mack Freeman Sr of the city; special friend Donna Spears and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
