Ernestine Mason

Ernestine Mason was born unto Cornelia Foy (proceeded in death) and Ernest Foy on December 7, 1959.

Ernestine affectionately known as “Stine” was the second oldest of six children; Mozella Lewis of KCMO, Enrico D Foy (proceeded in death), Stacy L Parker (proceeded in death), Tracy L Parker (Shirlene) of KCMO, and Sonya E Blair (Kevin) of KCMO Ernestine attended KCMO public schools and worked as an LPN in various hospital and skilled nursing facilities. Throughout her life she birthed three children. Shevel M Foy (Lakecia) of KCMO, Monique Mason (proceeded in death) and where she met the love of her life Paul Patton where they welcome a daughter Patricia L Patton of KCMO She was a grandmother of eight grandchildren Aniyah M Foy, Shevel M Foy II, Dasani Byers, Taraji D Patton, T’Karrah L Patton, Toveil D Patton, Tyriq K Patton and Evelyn P Alberty.

Later in life Ernestine relocated to Topeka, KS where she met and became close with friends that she described as her second family. Ernestine was a free spirit living life on her own terms as she took great pleasure in socializing with family and friends while enjoying her favorite cooking, cocktails and talking in her favorite riddles that would make you say, Hmmm. She was also definitely and wild card, but if she loved you; She Loved You. She enjoyed various hobbies such as reading, knitting, and sewing but above all, adored all her grandchildren. Stine life remain as she had an infectious smile that could light up a room.
