Floyd Draper

Floyd LaRay Draper Jr., was born on October 31, 1982 in Kansas City, Missouri to Shelia A. Jackson and Floyd LaRay Draper Sr. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Jerdean Jackson, and Houston Jackson, and his paternal grandfather.

Floyd, also known by many as “Smurf,” was educated in the Kansas City Public School system. He departed this life on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.

He leaves to mourn his death, his loving mother; Shelia A. Jackson (Kevin), father; Floyd LaRay Draper Sr(Shelley), grandmother; Edna M. Draper, daughter; Messiah T Draper, brothers; Jason R. Jackson, Jamel A. Williams, Brian L. Draper(Teresa) and LaQuan Draper, sisters; Sha’Ron E. Baskerville(Martice), and Teressa Reed, along with a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

It takes a village to raise a child, and for that reason, I want to give a very special “Thank You” to Sabrina E. Williams and Lessie M. Liggans.
