Floyd S. Webster Sr, 74, transitioned on April 28, 2020 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on December 4, 1945 in Postelle, Arkansas to Johnnie Webster, Sr., and Rosie Lee Webster.
He grew up in Postelle, Arkansas and graduated from M.M. Tate High School in Marvell, Arkansas.
After graduating high school, Floyd relocated to Kansas City, Missouri. During his time in Kansas City, he began working for Hallmark Cards as a Shipping Coordinator where he retired from after 28 years.
Floyd loved to fish, play Bid Wiz, talk, and watch the Kansas City Chiefs.
On May 6, 1966 Floyd married Daisey Dora Webster in Kansas City, Missouri. They were happily married for 42 years.
He was preceded into death by wife of 51 years, Daisey Dora Webster; parents, Johnnie, and Rosie Webster; sister at birth; and brother, Johnnie Webster Jr.
Floyd is survived by his children, Floyd Webster Jr., LaTonya Webster; grandchildren, Markez Webster, Marquita Webster, Lisa Cadenhead; greatgrandchildren, Delon Webster, Da’Lyla Webster, Jazale Webster, Jalissa Collins; siblings, Chester Webster (Ruby), Shirley Webster, Donald Webster, Joe Webster, Verdell Webster, Minnie Jean Webster (Pete), and a host of other relatives and friends.
