Frankie P Glenn, 65, passed away on December 3rd, 2023, at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She was born on March 30th, 1958, in Monroe, Louisiana to Charles Evans and Arbella Moore Evans. She grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Central High School in Kansas City, Missouri. Frankie married Lonnie Smith of Kansas City, Missouri and had two sons Mario and Desmond Smith. She later married Eddie Glenn.

After high school she attended Heritage College in Kansas City Missouri where she received a certificate as a Medical Assistant. Frankie spent the majority of her adult years raising her two sons and working as a caregiver and medical assistant in private duty settings with patients in their homes. She developed special relationships with many families over the years and was blessed to have referrals from one family to another due to the excellent care she provided. One family in particular, the Sweeney’s, dearly loved Frankie and looked at her as part of their own family as she cared for their parents for many years.

Frankie always had a strong faith in the Lord and attended various churches over the years including Evangel until she began attending Greater Works online church faithfully each Sunday morning until the day she went to meet her Heavenly Father.

She was preceded into death by her parents Charles and Arbella Evans. By her sisters Susie ‘Ree’ Butler, Alice Evans and Marilyn Evans. By her son Desmond Smith and her nephew Aaron Evans. And lastly by her ‘grand’ doggie Chase Smith and her beloved dog and best friend Harley Glenn.

She is survived by her son Mario Smith and daughter in law Brook Smith, her brother Charles ‘June’ Evans, her grandchildren Azaina Smith, Deserae Smith, Desmond Smith Jr. and Ella Smith, her great grandchildren Amya Smith, Averie Rodriguez, Aiden Vela and Ashton Smith, her ‘grand’ doggies Luna and Mia Smith, and a host of other relatives and friends
