Genie Howard III, passed away on December 30, 2022 at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. He was born on December 28, 1992 in Kansas City, MO to Genie Howard, Jr., and Denise Forman. He grew up in Kansas City MO.

Genie attended school in the Kansas City School District. He went on to obtain a GED and was the valedictorian of his class.

Genie was a rapper and went by the name, “Shock”.

Genie Howard III was a loving father to his only daughter, Gei’Onni Howard. He loved spending time with his daughter, family, and friends.

Genie was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ruth Laster, and Elizabeth Howard; grandfathers, Leo Kent, and Genie Howard, Sr.; brothers, Kevin Forman, Donald Donato, and Hosea Forman.

Left to cherish lasting memories of Genie Howard III are his daughter, Gei’Onni Howard; sisters, Desiree Forman-Bland, Shanika Sanchez, Sha’Linda Howard, Tanisha Deboe, and Natalia Shanklin; brothers, Joseph Forman, Dontae Laster, Leo Forman, Jeremy Wright, and Trevontae Stewart; and a host of other relatives and friends.
