Gigi White

Gigi White, 56, passed away on April 30, 2025, at Menorah Hospital in Overland Park, KS.

She was born on November 16, 1968, in Kansas City, MO., to Sharon Rankin and Major White.

She grew up in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Southeast High School in Kansas City, MO. After high school, she began work for Kansas City Star as a an ad representative where she worked for around 10 years. She loved interior decorating and spending time with her children and grandchildren when she could.

She is survived by her father Major, her children DeRaun, Kalin, and Timiya, her daughter-in-law Aunna, and her grandchildren Kymoni, Autumn and Omari.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to her 3 children. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Michelle Toliver, Julie Farmer, Dawn Mosley, Passion Gines, Major White, Alma Barry, Joyce White, Calvin Washington, Ciara Washington, and any friends, coworkers, and loved ones who have made donations and taken the time to pay their respects at this time.
