Glendale B. Henry, 87, passed away on February 25,2021 at Swope Ridge Geriatric Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born on July 20, 1933 in Vian, Oklahoma to Ivory O Poke-Posey.
She grew up in Kansas City Missouri. She graduated from Lincoln Highschool in Kansas City, Missouri.
She was preceded into death by her father: (Red) Henry; stepfather: John A. Posey; mother: Ivory O Poke-Posey; brother: Eusene Posey; sister: Betty (Posey) May; brother: Thomas A. Posey.
She was survived by her daughter: Janita (Winfield) Smith; sister: Lola A. Posey-Cunnigham (James Cunningham), Gloria R. (Posey) Snipes; god daughters: Monica Mathis, and Harriett Smith; nephews: Anthony A. Snipes, and Thomas A. Posey, and a host of other relatives and friends.
