Grover A Gillespie, Jr.

Grover A. Gillespie Jr. was born on May 16, 1953 in Kansas City, KS to the union of Grover A. Gillespie Sr., and Mary A. Gillespie – Clark. Sadly Grover Jr., passed away on December 15, 2018 at the age of 65.

He attended Lincoln High School in Kansas City, Missouri and worked for a variety of positions of throughout Kansas City. He worked for the KC Star, he was a manager a Gates Bar-B-Que. Grover spent more than 20 years at Securitas until his health began to fail.

Grover was born the second of six siblings. He was preceded into death by both of his parents; Grover A. Gillespie Sr., and Mary A. Gillespie - Clark, brother; Alan M. Gillespie, sister; Mary Alice Gillespie, nephews; Mark, Thomas, niece; Aariona C. Love.

He leaves behind three sisters; Gloria A. Love, - (Michelle, Natalie, Kenneth, Geniece), Deborah L. Gillespie (Monica), Denise Freeman (Adrienne, Desiree, TreAhna). He also leaves Marshall Freeman whom he called his brother.
