Heroline N Clayton

Mrs. Heroline Clayton was born on October 9, 1954 in Kansas City MO to the union of James Henry Clayton and Velma Walton. She attended Lincoln High School in Kansas City Missouri. After high school, she attended Nursing School where she received skills to help others. she worked in the nursing field for over 30 years. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Gerold D Drone. To this union 3 daughters were born. Heroline departed this life at age 64 on November 30, 2018 at St. Luke's Plaza Hospital. Heroline will be remembered best for the unique way she loved. She showed us that family is the compass that guides us from day to day and the inspiration to help reach great heights. She was preceded in death by her parents James Henry Clayton and Velma Lee Malone. Her husband Gerold D Drone and sisters Estella McKinney, Ruthie Lee Mitchell, and Alice Jewell Austin. She is survived by 6 children; Marcellus Clayton, Marlon Clayton, Roshaunda Bell, Veronica Ogaga, Tekyla Fountain, Shaun Clayton and 3 son-in-laws Deric Bell, Kenny Ogaga, and Benard Fountain Sr. Along with 3 siblings Janie Mae Riley, Willie Champion and James Oscar Clayton all of Kansas City. 20 grandchildren and a host of relatives and close friends. One special Thank You to her nephews that were like her brothers, Terry Mitchell, Steve Brown and Minister Robert Earl Brown........She loved you guys!!!
