Born on October 4, 1961, to Robert Charles and Fern Augusta (McCray) Bradley in Kansas City, Missouri. Throughout his life he was known for his kindness, hard work and devotion to others.
Jeffrey was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin, devoted husband and friend, who valued family above all else.
As a child and teenager, Jeffrey had a deep love for sports. He was a proud graduate of Central Senior High School, in Kansas City, Missouri, class of 1980, where he especially enjoyed playing basketball and football. His enthusiasm for basketball and football remained a big part of who he was. His favorite football team was Kansas City Chiefs, and his favorite basketball team was the Boston Celtics.
Over the years, Jeffrey worked hard to provide for his family, for a time he was employed at a steel mill company in Kansas, later he worked and retired from the city - Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department.
Jeffrey was a true people person and a devoted family man. He was blessed with a large, loving family and cherished every moment spent together. One of his favorite pastimes was gathering everyone to play a special card game he introduced called BINGO - now a family favorite that continues to bring joy to all. Jeffrey also enjoyed exploring new restaurants with his beloved wife, Cynthia Ann (Smith) Bradley, whom he married on June 6, 2025.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his mother, Fern Augusta Bradley, his grandparents, Johnnie and Vashti McCray and Jesse James and Fannie Bradley, and his daughter Kayla Byes.
