Jill Sharice Montgomery (nee Jones), was born to Pamela Cooper and Roy Stubbs on April 27, 1971, in Omaha, Nebraska.
Jill was loving, sweet, hardworking and a stubborn individual, with a beautiful smile and cherished by all who knew her. Jill graduated from Southwest High School, KCMO and continued her education at Metropolitan Community College, St. Paul, MN, where she received a Psychology and Sociology Degree. Jill worked as a Case Worker and a Probation Officer in St. Paul. She returned to Kansas City, a worked as a Counselor and a Correctional Officer for the Jackson County Detention Center.
Jill dedicated her life to her family; professional endeavors; always striving to put forth her best effort in every aspect of her life.
Jill was preceded in death by her father, Roy Stubbs.
Jill will forever be cherished and remembered by her husband, Charles; mother, Pamela Cooper (Charles); daughter, Charice Brooks; grandchildren, Zaire and Zavier Milton, Sahiya and Bella Mills; brothers, Lamell Jones (Nina), Jerel Taylor and a host of family and friends.
