Joel Hardy Jr.

Joel Hardy Jr. was born January 12, 1951, to the parents of Joel and Ruthie Hardy of Showlake, Arkansas.

Joel Hardy Jr. graduated from Paseo High School in 1970. He attended Penn Valley College. He worked for the Kansas City School District for 35 years and retired in 2017.

He was a deacon of Mount Ararat Baptist Church until his death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, mother: Ruthie Hardy; his daughter: Demetria Henry; three grandsons: Keisaan, Lewis, and Lucian; four brothers: Larry, Casteldaria (Lovenia), Herbert, Christopher (Joyce); one sister: Eunice Fisher (LaVaughn) of Dallas, Texas; and a host of relatives and friends.
