John Allen Sr.

John Earl Allen Jr. was born on November 23, 1974 to Donald Martin and Carrie Allen in Kansas City, Missouri. Earl was a man who loved his children, nieces, and nephews, which he gave all of them nicknames that only he called them. He was a man who pulled at all of his auntie's heart string, so no matter what Earl would get himself into, one of these beautiful women would always be there to catch him with their open arms full of love. They were always able to capture that "something special in his eyes." One thing that Earl really loved was pictures of the family. You could not have a picture album out in plain site because he would go through it and pick the two or three that he thought was the best and he would stash them on his person and the next time you looked in that album, you would be left with a blank space. Pictures were truly his treasure and keepsakes. Sadly, our brother, father, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend, lost that battle with life and truly it was a battle for him since his one love Carrie Mae Allen succumbed to death in 2009. Life hasn't been the same for him. John leaves to cherish his memories two sons; John Earl Jr, and Jayvon Allen, one daughter; Jamiyah Allen, two brothers; Ricky Martin, and Earnest Martin all of Kansas City, Missouri, five sisters; Tamika Allen of Independence, Missouri, Kalisha Wooden(Keith) of Augusta, Georgia, Nichole Allen of Kansas City, Missouri, Karen Wallace of Hutchinson, Kansas, and Donna Wallace of Kansas City, Missouri, a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends.
