Johnny Stacy Wooten was born to Johnny Givhens and Gloria S. Wooten in Chicago Illinois on December 19, 1970.

Stacy moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 1985.  He joined Sunlight Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Julius Rambo, Sr., baptized on January 12, 1986, and was currently active under the leadership of Pastor Rickey D. Rambo.

Stacy graduated from Westport High School and attended Penn Valley Community College.

Stacy united in marriage to Cyntheria Spencer on October 14, 2017.

Stacy cherished quality time with his family and friends. In his free time, he enjoyed winning Domino and Poker Tournaments, Kung Fu Movies, Playing Pool, Cards, Sudoko. Stacy touched many souls with his long conversations of godly wisdom.  Stacy was an educator at heart.

Stacy departed this life on Sunday, February 27, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Givhens, his brothers, Jermain Collins and Cordero Weathers, his paternal grandparents, Jimmie and Dorotha Wooten, his uncles, Glenn, Sandy and Jimmy Wooten, and Aunt, Lorensteen ‘Marge’ Wooten.

Stacy leaves to cherish his loving memory: his wife, Cyntheria Spencer; his mother, Gloria S. Wooten; his sons Johnny (Rosheik), Jemell, Stacy and Daijohn (Abigale) Wooten, Demarcco and Deion Spencer, Demico Jackson, Elgin Canton, Kaleb Phillips, Amarion Walker; his daughters: Tenisha Mayberry, KeLexus Wooten, Kaylen Phillips, Stasia Wooten, Jayla Walker, and Cynniah and Ciona Spencer; and his siblings: Tracy Wooten, Jerome (Curtissia) Wooten, Kimberly (Andre’) Walker, Cherm (Jerome) Johnson, Malissa Davis, Teranique Bender, Malinca Sims, Antwan Bender, Derrick Bender, Shermain Collins, and Marquan George; his cousin and best friend, Omar Wooten, and a host of  cousins, other relatives (grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, uncles & aunts, and friends.
