Jonathan Fitzgerald Bell Sr. 55, passed away on February 20, 2024, at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. He was born on June 19, 1968, in Kansas City Missouri to Richard L Bell Sr. and Odeal L Bell. He grew up in Kansas City Missouri and graduated from Central high school in Kansas City Missouri. After high school he began work for Northeast painting Company as a painter where he worked for many years before retiring and starting Bell-West enterprise. He was involved in several and community organizations including, but not limited to American Sickle Cell Association, Ivanhoe neighborhood council, Key Coalition neighborhood Association, Urbán neighborhood, initiative and PainsKc. John was a faithful son of God and member of Landmark International Deliverance.
John was preceded into death by his parents, Richard L Bell Sr. and Odeal L Bell, his son Jonathan Bell ll, his sister Brenda West Anderson and two brothers Tory Bell and Andrew Bell. He is survived by his children Jonathan F Bell lll and Kendra Mathis, his brothers Perry West, Richard L Bell Jr. Ronald Bell, Steven Bell, Reginald Bell, Calvin Bell, and two sisters, Virginia Bell and Carolyn Johnson, his grandchildren, Karl Poplion, Kayson Ugwuh, A’Liza Santaya Maria Bell, and a host of other relatives and friends.
