Kourtney D Hawkins

Kourtney D. Hawkins (KD) was born May 17th, 1988 in St. Louis, Mo to Karen Hawkins. Kourtney  was raised in Kansas City, Mo by his grandparents William and Dianne Hawkins.

He accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at Holy Angels of Kinloch, Mo. Kourtney graduated from DeSalle in Kansas City, Mo in 2009. In his free time he loved to travel, this was known as his happy place. He was always up to booking a flight or taking a road trip. He also had a love for music and cooking with new recipes.

The highlight of his days was raising his only son Kash, while creating special memories like going for walks and riding his bike. They were two peas in a pod and you hardly ever saw one without the other.

Kourtney was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Hawkins; his uncle, John Hawkins; and his grandmother, Delyine J. Russell Williams (Tina).

He leaves with memories his grandparents, William and Dianne Hawkins; son, Kash Hawkins (Kim Briggs); siblings, Kendrick Hawkins, Kierra Hawkins, Kelsey Hawkins, Kelly Hawkins, Thurlmon Mosley, Tre’Vion Mosley, Kha’May Hawkins, Nephews; Kendrick Hawkins Jr, Kareem Hawkins, Kayon Brown; niece; Katera Hawkins; godmother, Kejuana Fridie, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, friends and others who loved him.
