LaMar D. Taylor passed away on November 8, 2021, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty Missouri. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to the union of Calvin Taylor, Jr and Sharon A. Taylor.

He attended Ellison High School in Killeen, Texas for two years and then transferred to Mannheim American High School in Mannheim, Germany where he graduated in 1988. After high school, he attended several trade schools lastly attending MCC Business & Technology Community College.

He worked at the Toledo Machining Plant as a Welder Machine Operator/ Team Leader. He also worked at Chrysler Mopar PDC as a Forklift Operator. He then was employed by Machine Specialist Inc. as a CNC Machinist, and he currently was working for the Ford Motor Company- as a Skilled Tradesman.

LaMar surrendered his life to Christ at an early age in Toledo, Ohio. He was a loving kind-hearted, wonderful out-going person, who loved to laugh and help others. After assisting with the care of his beloved grandmother in Ohio he relocated to Belton, Missouri in July 2014. There is where he met Deana S. Williams and the two were joined together in marriage on January 17, 2016.

LaMar was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Loyd and Lois Dubose and his paternal grandparents Esther Huff and Calvin Taylor, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his beloved memory, his spouse; Deana Taylor, his parents; Calvin and Sharon Taylor, sons; Kinyare Taylor, and Khyree Taylor, daughters; Keizah Taylor, and Sela Taylor, stepdaughters; Shandell Hooker, Shandalin Hooker, and Myka Jones, sister; Stacy (Chauncey) Greene, grandsons; Kaison Taylor and Kamdyn Taylor, granddaughter; Ailya Taylor and nephew; Chauncey Greene Jr, (CJ) as well as a host of aunts, cousins, friends including his Military Brat friends and colleagues.
