Laron Jordan

LaRon Wilson Jordan was born July 1, 1985, a beautiful gift to Ronald Louis Jordan and Laverne (Briscoe) Jordan in Kansas City Missouri. LaRon is the first born to this union. He passed away peacefully on Friday, February 3, 2023.

LaRon accepted Christ at the age of 13, attending Harvest Church, Kansas City, Missouri. He demonstrated his love for Christ through his loving kindness and caring support to his family, friends and neighbors.

LaRon graduated from Blue Springs South High, Blue Springs, Missouri, class of 2004.  He had the opportunity to work at a local daycare, a printing company, and his last position held was a Mail Handler at the Kansas City US Post Office.

He had many talents, painting/drawing, woodwork, cooking, singing, playing drums, etc. He developed a special talent for detailing his cars, and grooming his dog, Buddy.  Listening to music, watching wrestling and football games, and spending time with his nieces, nephews and family were among his favorite things.

LaRon beloved his parents: Laverne Lunn and Ronald Jordan; Godparents: Gwendolyn and Harold Gant; Bonus Mom: Angela Hunter; his sisters and brothers: Orian Jordan, Ronald Jordan, Jr., Anita Chattic, Patrice Jordan, Roderick Davis, Jr., Ashley "Coco" Davis, Andrea "Nana" Davis, Charmaine Love, Tiffany Lunn, Vernon "Trey" Lunn, III.

He was preceded in death by his father: Ronald Louis Jordan; brother: Roderick Davis, Jr; grandparents: John Jack Jordan, Ruby Jordan, Cecil Wilson Briscoe, Joethal Briscoe.

He will be missed deeply with loving and fun memories by his mother: Laverne; godparents: Gwendolyn and Harold; Bonus Mom Angela; seven sisters: Orian, Anita, Patrice, Ashley, Andrea, Charmaine, Tiffany; one brother: Vernon; close uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and host of relatives, close friends: Glenn, James, Michael and Lee
