Lemonte Meade Jr.

We don’t truly appreciate the uniqueness of presence until it is missed. And that is just what Monte was, a unique presence. From the creative art pieces, he loved to wear, his deep love of music, and family, even in his wisdom that surpassed his years on this earth, we have never met, nor will meet anyone else like him. He was a very kind and often misunderstood soul that will be missed by many.

He loved his whole family very much and wanted to be in touch with close to even the most distant relatives. His intellectual conversations, genuine compliments, and artistic creative style are just a few of the many things we’ll miss about our Monte. His legacy will live on in his twin son and daughter, Lemonte Millard Meade III and Macaylah Meade, that he loved very dearly. His parents, Lemonte Millard Meade. Sr. and Karen Michelle Meade will forever love and cherish the life of their first and only son. Lemonte was the eldest of three siblings, himself and two younger sisters that he considered his heart. Though he had no brothers by birth, he had many cousins on both sides of his family that he held a special bond with.

One thing we should learn from Monte is to live and always walk in the uniqueness that makes us who we are.
