Lenn Riley 59 departed this life on February 9, 2023, at Truman Medical Center. He was born on February 5, 1964, to Will Riley and Joyce Riley. Lenn was the fifth child of the 11 children.
He was also known as L. White and Papa Smurf.
Lenn grew up in Kansas City, Mo. He attended East High School graduated in 1983, After which attended Penn Valley for a year. Lenn worked as a Chef for Colony Steak and Lobster Pot, Lynn Dickeys, Adams Mark Hotel. His hobbies were fishing, and he loved to play chess.
He was preceded in death by his father: Will Riley; four nephews: Larry Riley, Timothy Riley, Michael Riley, Zjohn Riley; and one niece: Kisha Ford.
Lenn leaves to cherish his memories, his mother: Joyce Riley; his high school sweetheart of 40 years and wife of 24 years: Loretha Ford; four children: Trisha Franklin, Lynn Riley (Rondel) Ieisha Riley, and Cedric Ford (Keisha); 14 grandchildren: Daveion, Derek, Ronnie, Dakota, Samyra, R’Monnie, Ryan, Sameir, Reanna, Riley, Ameir, Kyrie, KniJeer, Ra’Myra; three great-grandchildren, siblings: Wilma Winter, Willie Riley (Dawn) Gwendolyn Riley, Cornelius Riley(Rachael), Rachel Riley, Demetrius Riley, Lisa Green(James),
Zenja Roe(Chris), JoAnn Riley, Howard Riley (Dawanna); mother-in-law: Sheila Tobay; sister-in-law: Nikko Ford, and host of nieces and nephews
