Lesa Louise Buckner passed away on June 17, 2018. She was Born August 6,1964 as a blessing to William and Ella Mae Bucker. She was preceded in death by her father William Buckner, mother Ella Mae Buckner and her daughter La Joya Buckner.
Lesa Buckner was born and raised in Kansa City MO, she graduated from Lincoln High school in May of 1982. In her teenage years she was a proud member of the Marching Cobras. Lesa enjoyed cooking as it reflected in her work, where she was a cook at Research Medical Center as well as Penny Valleys Francis Institute where she worked for many years. In most recent years she worked for the election board where she served as an elective board member.
Leas was a very outspoken giving and generous person. She enjoyed listening to music playing instruments taking photos as well as a singing (as the family knew she could sing like Anita Baker) her love was music Lesa was a very fashionable person and loved to dress to impress. Lesa loved her cats was very neat and loved everything in order
Lesa loved and valued her family. Her motto was family over everything. She shared a special bond with her grandchildren had a relationship with each and every one.
She leaves to cherish her memories, Kanesha Mack, (daughter) Phillip Mack Jr (son) Anthony Morris Jr (son) La Toya Buckner (daughter) Miguel Buckner (son) (Special daughter, Danisha Tucker) her Grandchildren Marquis Long, Trevion Tucker and Aziyah Hill, she also leaves to cherish her memories her childhood best friend, Tonette Hudson, and a host of other relatives and friends.
